Once called "soft skills," power skills represent a range of behaviors that enable employees to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve successful outcomes. Hear from Ali Erk, Associate Director of Graduate Student Career Development in the Center for Career & Professional Development, to gain insights into developing and articulating power skills to advance your career.
